01

We talk.

A 30-minute call. Tell us about your business, what your books look like today, and what's been keeping you up at night.

02

We get organized.

Upload statements, grant read-only bank access, or drop off a shoebox of receipts. We've worked with all of it.

03

We keep it clean.

Every transaction categorized, reconciled, and recorded. You get a monthly report and anytime access to your ledger.

Tax-ready records

When April comes, your books are already organized for your accountant. No scrambling, no all-nighters.

Hearth Bookkeeping
About

Meet Chase.

I started Hearth because too many small-business owners were stuck in the same spot: they knew their books were a mess, didn't know where to start, and couldn't justify what a traditional bookkeeper charges.

By pairing hands-on bookkeeping with smart automation, I can deliver the quality of a full-time in-house bookkeeper at a fraction of the cost — and I treat every client's books the way I'd treat my own.

FAQ

Common questions.

How much does it cost?
Plans start at $175/month for freelancers and small operations. Our most common pick is $299/month for established small businesses. There are add-ons for catch-up bookkeeping and extra accounts. Book a free consultation and we'll match you to the right fit.
Do I need to use specific software?
Nope. We work with whatever setup makes sense for your business. If you already use QuickBooks, great. If you don't use anything yet, we'll help you set up the simplest thing that works.
How do you access my financial information?
However works best for you — upload statements, give us read-only access to your bank portal, or connect through a secure data link. We'll walk you through the options.
What if my books are way behind?
That's one of the most common reasons people reach out. We'll get you caught up — whether it's a few months or a few years — then keep things current going forward.
Are you a CPA?
We're bookkeepers, not accountants or CPAs. We keep your day-to-day records clean and organized. For tax filing and tax advice, we'll work alongside your accountant — and if you don't have one, we can help you find a good fit.
